We attach great importance to quality. All products will be checked before they are sent out to ensure that the quality is all right.

1. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 45 days.

2. Send email to: contact@heatpal.com, tell us your order number for return or exchanges.

3. If you are in the United States, you can send the item to our American warehouse.
If you are in other country, you need to have it delivered to our chinese warehouse.
We will send the warehouse address to you by email. Buyer will need to take the return shipping fees incurred.

4. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. We do not accept a returned item that is damaged, washed or altered in any way.

5. If your order is more than $45, please consider using traceable shipping services or buying transportation insurance to avoid any lost during shipment.

6. In order to protect the health of other customers, heated socks are not accepted for returns.

7. After we receive your return, we will make full refund to your order within 3 business days or send free replacement. Notice, original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
